"Recently in Aug 2026, I needed help changing from my current auto insurance company. I was not sure I could walk into an office and receive help and was so pleasantly surprised (actually, amazed)! Alexis Wayland, Customer Relations Representative, was wonderful. She worked very quickly to provide the information, guidance, and quotes I needed. She provided me more auto coverage and at a lower rate than I had with Amica. She also provided me a cheaper renter’s plan than I currently had in place. Alexis asked questions and made sensible recommendations, without pressure. It is also worth mentioning that she connected to me personally, on a human level. If you have inadequate (if not lousy) insurance coverage, and especially if you are so very terribly tired of automated systems that take forever to get you to a faceless human being who can help, I highly recommend Alexis Wayland at State Farm in Ruckersville, VA (Cynthia L. Shifflett, Agent). Please note that although I was requested to leave a review, I was not paid to say this and rarely do I take the time to give a review."

"I was really nervous a few years ago when I first went through the entire process of buying a car, getting it insured, tagged and titled.
